The interlibrary loan service will be closed in July 2024.
Requests received during this period will be processed after the library reopens on August 6, 2024. Books on loan will be renewed until August 6 unless recalled.
Materials received can be retrieved from the service desk on the 2nd floor until July 19, 2024.
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a service whereby a user from one library can borrow books or receive photocopies from another library.
To use this service you have to have a library card at the National and University Library of Iceland.

Before requesting an interlibrary loan for an article, we recommend that you check out whether the article is in Open Access. Searches can be made by using title, DOI, URL or Citation.
